My baby did 4 times a day poop after taking iron drops from the last 7 days.I asked a doctor but he said it is ok

Actually iron drops if you talk about it they can lead to constipation but they do not definitely increase the number of motion associated with some digestion related issues and if you have a doubt then don’t give iron drops for a day or two and see what is the situation
