Q.
My baby developed an ear infection within 20days of birth. She chokes while feeding and the breast milk has entered her ear. There is puss leaking from her ear. Doc has put her on Novamax antibiotics for 7days. Is this common? Or is it something to worry about? How should I follow up on this?

ExpertDr. Hemendra GuptaPaediatrician6 years agoA. its very difficult to say anything without examining your child ears physically so its better to consult a pediatrician or an ENT doctor to have a detailed physical examination of your child and relevant treatment accordingly
