Q.
my baby boy was 4 month old, after feeding he use to do little little vomit every time,Is it okay or what to do.

burp after every feed
keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce vomit.
if baby is passing urine more than 7 times a day is active and alert and gaining adequate weight ,at least 500 gram per month then do not worry

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! Occasional spits after feeding is normal in small babies due to reflux. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Burp your after every feed. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy.
