I have 4 month old daughter, why she do vomit in every feeding?

give only breastmilk till completion of six months and feed in upright position.
give colicaid drops thrice a day.
if baby seems fine then there's nothing to worry

See There could be a possibility that you’re over feeding your child by mistake which is why this is happening if a child throws up 2 to 4 times in a day also it is considered completely normal but if it is happening after every feed that means you’re just over feeding the child
