my baby is 4 month old and he is having vomit instant after feeding

A. can be viral. best to show a specialist. he will diagnose n find the root cause only as that's best ok. try to avoid self medication as that can be deleterious in long run as well

A. hi usually it happens because of overfeeding , fast feeding, incorrect latching etc so please avoid overfeeding keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding. burp your baby in between and after each feeding.
