my baby boy not pooping from 3 days and from yesterday he is vomiting little why madam is it ok

A. hello spitting or omitting curdle milk is normal and also breastfed baby will have less waste n can go without passing motion even for a week n if baby is not passing motion even for a week then may check doctor
