my baby boy is one and half month old...is it safe to me to 7 to 10 garlic with milk everyday..for milk production?

A. I'm worried about the quantity can I eat 7 to 10 garlic daily..and I'm boiling the garlic in milk and having..is it ok

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and garlic is very good for mill production. and also have ginger and more green leaves vegetables.. also hve soaked meethi seeds early in the morning. take care
