Q.

my baby boy is 5 months now.. he has cold n cough since yesterday.. there is no symptoms of fever.. kindly suggest good medicine.

A. give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity to decrease cold and corugh you can go for indirect steam inhalation also. if there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor for fever and tpain give paracetamol. anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
