my baby boy is 4 months old and I brestfeed hum p His potty colour is green.is it okay ??? and his grandparents giving him water,tea .are these things affect his potty??

A. give tea water no please it is exclusively breast feeding recommend for six months green stool is common in babies because of imbalance of hind milk fore milk if mother take green intake and baby is on mother milk first sign of teething in teething phase
