my baby boy is 2months old..my milk is not sufficient for him iam using lactare tablets twice a day...can u sujjest tips to improve my milk

A. hello mom have lactation tablet have shatrvati and Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
