#asktheexperts Can i take lactare 6 tablets a day? 3 a day is not sufficient to boost my supply

A. hello dear too much of anything is not advisable. instead you need to take a more of high protein diet to improve your breast milk supply and take lots of water

There Is a limitation also to take these things if your doctor has advised you to go ahead with three tablets and you go for three only don’t go for six days a proper format you have to follow if you want to go ahead with sales in the doctor has advised you to go ahead with this medicine you consult them

Q. Mother of 1month old. I have a poor milk supply I havr tried all means power pump, every 2 hrs feeding, dietry supplies etc. Dictor has advised for lactare tablets thrice a day with that Milk supply is Average but not sufficient. Hence i tried took 6 tablets a day for past 2 days and my milk supply is super good. I am able to feed my baby all the time and have replaced lactogen by BM.
