my son is 2months old from the last 4days he didnt went for motion can u sujjest any tips for free motion

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. constipation in small babies lesser than 6 month of age is very common and is more common when you are giving formula feeding in such a case you can give Himalaya bonnisan drops three times a day to your childk and give frequent feeding usually medicines or suppositories are avoided in such a case and constipation of few days can be conkcsidered as normal. if the baby is having gastric pain you can give collimax drops.if you need to give any enzyme preparation to your child you can consult doctor
