without examining it will be difficult to tell what problem the child is having whether it is cough and cold which is causing vomiting or it is due to some type of gastric problem which is causing vomiting so on the safer side it would be advisable to meet your doctor

so please don't force feed your child
please give daily easily digestible Food like dalrice khichdi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc
please give daily massage on chest and limbs with mustard oil with Infusion of garlic pod
please give daily sun light exposure
please give lukrwarm water for drinking
