my baby boy is 1 month 25 days. kaal raat se continue vomiting ker reha hei. or soo bhi nahi pa reha. 5-7. minutes me utth reha hei. please advise.

Burp well after every feeding
Vomit is common upto six months in small baby
No need to worry
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash hands often before touching your baby
