my baby boy having 4 months old having birth mark on left leg of light colour base? kindly suggest me it is birth mark or something else?

A. If it has been there from the time of birth neither it is spreading nor it is shrinking then it could be a birthmark but mostly it is looking like dryness in the skin so you can clarify with your doctor so that they can advise you what’s meant to be done
