my baby boy have 2.5years he is suffering from full countinue cough and cold please tell me home remedy or medicine

You can get ginger juice and honey to the child 3 to 4 times in the day with a pinch of black pepper plus you should make sure to give steam to the child along with it nebulising will also be helpful and give proper medicines orally to the child after consulting your doctor
