My baby boy got white spots on his face . Is this normal in winter or do I need consult a skin care specialist.

A. Hello! Can be either a dry skin issue or some kind of deficiency problem. Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand the symptoms. Consult your child doctor for a personal diagnosis and seek guidance.
