Q.

My baby boy doesnt sleep after feeding and keeps looking around. He doesn’t cry though. This goes on for an hour. After an hour/1.5 hours he gets hungry again. Doctor suggested top feed so that his weight increases. If I want to keep him exclusively on breastfeeding what should I do?

A. dear mum, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete as that is the most healthy way to gain weight. you should not give any other milk or food until then.
