my baby birth weight 2.78 now his weight 4 kg from past 1 week he poop for every feed is it ok or no now he is 2 month old

A. hello baby gaining a min of 600 to 800 g per month is a good weight gain n no worries n babies passing motion frequently is normal too n absolutely nothibg to worry
