Q.
my baby always shows a meltdown while singing happy birthday, she cries and get scared when we sing and clap.. is this behavior common for a 11 month old.

Communicate more effectively with your child. Increase your baby to express and share. If there is any serious discomfort, please avoid situation. Consult your doctor for further assistance.
