it's good sign if baby passes gas. if he doesn't pas then it's problem. give grive water n use mothersparsh hing roll on tummy

this is known as gastrocolic reflex. 
gastrocolic reflex is very normal in children.

in this phenomena the child is having semi solid to solid stool after every episode of of food intake.

if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about this phenomena. 
it is also advisable to continue curd buttermilk apple and banana which will help in proper digestion of food.

usually this phenomena decreases with increasing age of the child.

but if the consistencye of stool is watery or very very hard meet your doctor.
also rule out worms problem in the child.

In the initial time the digestion of the child is not very good which is why they can poop immediately after eating that is very normal but if it continues then you can check with your doctor on that as sometimes it could be due to indigestion issues and sometimes it could probably be due to a minor stomach stomach infection
