Q.

my baby 44 days old. Night time 2 hours am feeding the baby. but, baby crying a lot, because of sleeping came.how to tackle this? how to increase the breast milk? any Protein Powder name to increase the breast milk?

A. good afternoon everyday at night before sleeping I would recommend you to take a cup of milk along with Himalaya shatavri this will have to make sure that you have sufficient milk for the child
