my baby 3 month completed,he has fast breathing when he is very excited and fussy , it's normal?

Yes That’s mostly due to excitement thank you already mentioned that your child gets excited and also that is very normal when a child is excited don’t worry about it this is a very normal at the age of growth and since now your child must have been the vision which is why the excitement level is altogether different
