Q.
My baby 20 months old... but he speaks very little.. but understands everything ...watching Tv and Mobile... played well and doing everything normally.

If your baby is speaking few words but not speaking properly then in such case you should join the speech therapy it will help in improving babies speaking skills. And if your baby is not speaking a single word then in such case you should consult with your doctor about it.
