Q.

My baby 18 months old he have cough and cold and fever what i will do today Sunday no doctor visit tomorrow will be available for doctor now any remedy for fist aid ?

A. Calpol for fever you can give which you can repeat every six hours for cold and cough I would recommend you to give Sinarist and maxtra three times in the day with a gap of eight hours each and please consult your doctor tomorrow for further assessment
