My Baby 15+months old,uska nind bohot Kam hai,rat or din dono time jyada nehi sote hai,every 15 minutes,30 minutes k baad uth jate hai,Maine Sab kuch try kiya tha,light off,diaper change, message,kuch nehi hua,main thak jati hu, bohot problem ho Raha hai,main Kya karu please help ๐๐

Some As a light sleeper so try to put your marks on to the years of your child whenever you are making your child sleep otherwise you can put earplugs also into the ears of your child whenever youโre making your child sleep as this with the excessive an extra noise will be completely blocked and maybe the child is going to sleep for a longer duration
