my 9 months old daughter scratches her head. why and how to treat this?

well, it should be result of dry skin, cradle cap,ear infection, teething,or just because of self soothing.
so first I advise to apply coconut oil daily on your child hair
keep your child nails trimmed
keep your child in well vantileted room
maintain good hygiene
