My 9 months old baby is bring another lower down tooth, why the upper ones is not out , is it normal?

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. yes it us normal. you can massage the gums with a moist cotton cloth and give silicone teethers to chew on them. hope you have started brushing your child's teeth
