ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist2 years agoA. Hi it's okay.. kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of remaining milk teeth
