my 8 month baby girl skin is like this in shoulder and tummy areas like small small bumps...why?

These are heat rashes.
apply himalaya prickly heat powder on the skin.
This will help to give relief.
Make ur baby wear loose comfortable clothes in summers to prevent rashes.
Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free keeps the rashes away
