Q.
My 7th week ultrasound is showing no fetal pole but gestational sac and yolk sac are seen. what will be the solution for this?. My gynecologist asked to wait till 9th week. if it not shown after 9 the week, will they abort? or any other medication for this. This is my second pregnancy

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. Hello dear. By this time the baby should have formed and even heart beat should be visible. I think you have blighted ovum. Most likely you may even bleed before you complete 9 weeks also. Medications will be given for termination
