My 7m old baby is not eating solid earlier she used to have it bt now wnt want salt and sugar added wht to do can i gve salt sugr so that she eat smtng

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello instead of sugar you can replace with jaggery or dates syrup as an alternative to sweet and give home made cerelac and rice well cooked dal water ghee curds banana avacadoes potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi egg etc which would be healthy and nutritious
