my 7 month old baby having small pimple s around mouth? any remedies?

do wipe the drool off often with a soft, gently cloth.
Apply a thin coat of a healing ointment like petroleum jelly...don't rub.
If the rash is cracked, weepy, or causing your baby pain Consult your paedritician in person.
