my 7 month baby has 102 feaver without any other symptoms what should I do

A. Calpol 10 drops you can give or any other paracetamol that you have available apart apart from that you can do cold sponging that helps in reducing the fever get also also at the same time I would recommend recommend you to consult the paediatrician because the fever is literally high so maybe the doctor can advise you with another medication alongside
