My 6 yrs old son have dark brown spot on his under feet..is this normal or abnormal?

If it is not troubling your child then it is normal if your child is having kind of a pain or irritation or itching into that then in that case it would be a problem that you need to get it checked with your doctor otherwise I don’t see any problem with the picture that you’re posted
