my 6 year old boy has repeated hay fever and cold for last 3 months it get cured and comes again...all tests are normal but he has middle year fluid is this the reason for the same?

A. no it's not reason, low immunity n season change is the reason.. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
