my 6 year kid feel relaxed after putting hot water bag on his stomach when he complaint about severe stomach pain after taking medicine. what does it mean?

It means the problem is deeper than what do you think it is it would be really advisable for you to consult a gastroenterologist or an export in the area they’ll be able to check the child properly they may have to go for an ultrasound and all and then only the problem can be detected and solution to the problem can also be suggested
