Q.

My 6 and a half month baby does not want to sleep early during the night he sleeps everyday around 2-3 am what can i do for the same to change his sleeping schedule

A. hi usually it alright by the time so , please dont get panic for this although , you may set consistent routine for your child. which help to avoid overstimulation and also help in better sleep .

Q. #asktheexperts Hello doctor, my baby is 19 months old boy. he won't sleep properly in the night. He wakes up for atleast 3 to 4 hours... In the morning hours he sleep only 1and half hour maximum but still he didn't sleep in the night. He will sleep very early in the night.. But he wakes up a lot. He will have free motion everyday. He won't feel hungry bcz he rejects milk in the middle night. He will eat dinner early and after that he will drink milk and he sleeps early.. everyday the same situation he will not sleep. He will open his eyes and watch like that atleast for min 2 hours. Since morning he is very active and he will play a lot but still not sleep properly please suggest me what to do. I am so much worries about his sleep
