My 5months old baby got these on her thigh 2days ago, I applied Cetaphil baby lotion but nothing happened. Is it a diaper rash or something else?

A. it is not Dipper rash you can apply soframycine on affected area twice a day

A. Hi parents please keep your child cool and dry and maintain hygiene properly please avoid use of Dipper please use lose cotton clotehs if necessary please consult with your physician about this matter
