My 5 month old son having one ectopic kidney left side and right kidney is normal Does any panic situation or he enjoy his normal life

There can be some precautions that you need to take with lots of manner whether it is a diet whether it is in terms of sports and all because it is better to be more particular about these things life will be normal of course that is not a question but a couple of things are meant to be in control with progressing
