my 5 month baby boy has some reddish rashes on face, hands, legs..what may be the reason, can u please suggest any lotion to cure it

This is due to sensitive skin.
Apply atogla lotion or himalya calamine lotion on the rashes. This will help to give relief.
Keep the skin clean and dry. Also make sure that u use good skin care products for ur baby. U can buy #Babyhugproducts that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
