my 5 month 15 days girl baby has a fever since tomorrow 3 pm.. I gave her calpol drops but fever is not going down.. even today I am giving her antibiotic still the temperature is 101..what to do

A. repeat sixth hourly and do cold spongingFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
