Q.

My baby is 3 month old and was having slight fever today morning, and after giving calpol drops his body temperature has come down. Should I give him antibiotics drops also (swich drops) along with calpol drops?

A. please do not use antibiotic drops the baby without infection give only calpol drops as per need Fever in the baby is because of the response of the body to any foreign infection there will be rise of temperature to fight against the infection treat the baby with paracetamol only if the temperature is more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit
