my 4th month baby has extra unwanted hairs on this face, he has so many extra hairs on forehead, ears. please suggest me what I can do

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he is having extra hair on his face and ears so mostly due to congenital defect or some hormonal issues too

They I am going to fall down on their own only there is no need to do anything there is no need to apply anything on to the skin or body of the child these hair are very common from the time of birth and they’re going to fall down on their own only with passage of time so as of now it’s completely normal
