Q.

my 4m old baby (yet to complete this week) chews on his hands and fingers a lot ( some times I think he gets desparate to do so non stop)n tends to put his rattles in mouth non stop. is it normal

A. that is a good behaviour and you should in fact be happy. teething problems start at 4 months age and can be painful . Swollen gums , drooling of saliva , cranky irritable baby are signs of it . Give a teether to baby wooden or silicon clean regularly , massage baby gums . Give vitamin d 3 1 ml daily till age of 1 year .
