my 43 days baby girl has not pooped since 2 days, elderly people at home are telling to give water or gripe water. I don't want to give water. is it normal not poop for 2-3 days? before she used to frequently then once in a day and now its 2 days.

A. no problem in the baby b v Babies below 6 months may not be passing stool regularly a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need of any medicines
