my 4 years old baby is having loose watery potty with fart every time but no other symptom

Its Lose motion so immediately stop giving milk to the child because Milk is actually going to increase lose motion and consult your doctor because a proper treatment can be suggested by the doctor just by looking at the issue as to why your child is suffering
