my 4 years old is passing water while passing gas (wet fart) and no other symptoms found. what can be the reason?

Namaste Mom This could be indiegstion , avoid to force feeding them if they arent feeling to eat, offer fluids such as water , ORS, coconut water , butter milk, vegetabke soups, juicy fruits etc. if hungry give small portion of easy to digest foods . get to the dr of the situtaion does not improve
