My 4 year old boy got pricked by a nail ( lohe ki keel ), what should I do?

A. Check with your doctor and you may have to get a tetanus shot done for your child as that’s very important during this time so please consult your paediatrician they will guide you accordingly but you have to have to consult the doctor you cannot ignore it and please do get the injection done
