my 4 month old baby is gassy from last 3 days and vomiting from 2 days plzz help

Himalaya Bonnisan it’s going to be very beneficial in reducing down gas and colic or constipation issue if your child is having any so you can go ahead with giving this medicine five drops won the maximum four times in the day and if the vomiting is very much persistent and make sure you are feeding the child on demand otherwise you can give emset five drops to your child
